Shipping Policy

General Information:

Orders may take up to 48 hours to process & up to 7-14 business days to be shipped out. All North American orders are shipped with a tracking number. International orders are shipped using non trackable methods of shipping, therefore customers assume full risk. Orders may be cancelled at the discretion of SNEAKERDECORUM.

International Duties:

SNEAKERDECORUM is not responsible for any additional shipping or duties fees on your order. By Law we are required to provide accurate and legitimate shipping details.

Lost or Damaged Items:

SNEAKERDECORUM are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. SNEAKERDECORUM will provide your tracking number and shipping company information. Once this information has been provided to the customer, it is the customers responsibility to deal with the shipping company for a resolution.
