Location: Remote – Canada / USA

SNEAKERDECORUM is a culture-driven sneaker and streetwear platform connecting creativity, community, and design. We celebrate global sneaker culture through visual storytelling, curated content, and collaborations that bridge fashion, art, and lifestyle.

We’re expanding our creative team and looking for a Graphic Designer Intern who’s passionate about design, branding, and the culture that inspires it all. If you love sneakers, visuals that tell stories, and bringing creative ideas to life, this role is for you.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer Intern, you’ll work directly with our Creative Director and Content Team to create visuals that elevate the SNEAKERDECORUM brand. You’ll help design social media assets, campaign graphics, merchandise concepts, and digital layouts that reflect our core themes, culture, creativity, and community.

This internship starts as a part-time contract (renewable after 3 months) with potential for a permanent position. Compensation will be based on a monthly honorarium, retainer or academic credit.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital content for social media, campaigns, and website.

• Create graphics, posters, and promotional visuals for upcoming collections and collaborations.

• Develop layout templates, storyboards, and typography treatments consistent with brand identity.

• Assist with merchandise design concepts (hoodies, totes, packaging, and product tags).

• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate campaign ideas into visuals.

• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and help shape the overall look and feel of projects.

• Stay up to date on design trends in sneakers, streetwear, and youth culture.

Who You Are

• A visual storyteller who’s passionate about sneaker culture, design, and creative innovation.

• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva (Figma and InDesign are a plus).

• Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced creative environment.

• Strong eye for typography, layout, and color theory.

• Self-motivated, collaborative, and open to feedback.

• Able to bring fresh, bold ideas to the table while respecting brand guidelines.

What We Offer

• Home Office Setup Allowance: $175 one-time

• Friday UberEats Allowance: $25/week

• Learning & Development Allowance: $200/ per term

• Fitness/Wellness Allowance: $100/per term
