Role Overview
We’re looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Coordinator Intern who can capture the energy, creativity, and authenticity of sneaker culture. You’ll play a key role in developing and executing our content strategy across platforms, creating high-quality photo and video content, and engaging with our audience to deepen community connections.
This is an incredible opportunity to work closely with our Creative Director and Brand Marketing Team, contribute to major campaigns and partnerships, and gain hands-on experience in content creation, social strategy, and brand storytelling.
This internship begins as a part-time contract position (renewable after 3 months) with the potential for a permanent role. Compensation will be based on a monthly honorarium, or academic credit.
Responsibilities
• Conceptualize and produce original, engaging content (photo, video, reels, stories) for Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Pinterest, YouTube and X.
• Collaborate on social media calendars, campaign launches, and community features.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual aesthetic across all channels.
• Stay on top of sneaker drops, streetwear trends, and community conversations to keep our content timely and relevant.
• Engage with followers, reply to comments, and build relationships with creators and sneaker enthusiasts.
• Assist with influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and campaign activations.
• Occasionally attend local events, pop-ups, or shoots to capture live and behind-the-scenes content.
• Provide insights and feedback on social performance, trends, and audience growth.

What You Bring
• Previous experience in social media coordination, content creation, or marketing (academic or professional).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Canva (video and photo editing skills are a major plus).
• Familiarity with streetwear and sneaker aesthetics, you understand the culture and the audience.
• Experience creating content for or managing social media accounts (personal or brand).
• A portfolio, sample reels, or past creative work that shows your eye for storytelling.

What We Offer
• Home Office Setup Allowance: $175 one-time
• Friday UberEats Allowance: $25/week
• Learning & Development Allowance: $200/ per term
